Photography Sessions
Your Story, Your Way:
The Engagement Shoot
I believe that engagement photos should feel like you. If you are beach people, let’s head to the Gold Coast waves at golden hour. If you love the city energy, we can hit the streets for some urban engagement photography in Brisbane.
My style is relaxed and documentary. I don’t force stiff poses. Instead, I act as your third wheel (the cool kind), guiding you through interactions that result in natural, emotive couples engagement pics. You focus on each other; I’ll handle the light and angles.
Services & Coverage
This is the classic engagement shoot. We spend 60–90 minutes at a location of your choice. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day. We’ll play music, have a laugh, and create a gallery of engagement photos that belong on your walls, not just on Instagram.
Engagement Photography
Brisbane & Urban Sessions
For couples who want a modern, architectural backdrop, I love shooting in the city. As an engagement photographer serving Brisbane, I know the best laneways, river walks, and rooftop spots to give your images a chic, editorial vibe.
Planning to pop the question? I can be hidden nearby to capture the exact moment they say yes. These are high-emotion, adrenaline-filled sessions that turn into an impromptu engagement photo mini-shoot immediately after the hug.
Once the news is out, the celebrations begin. If you are throwing a bash to celebrate with friends and family, I offer candid engagement party photography. I’ll capture the speeches, the hugs, the champagne pops, and the atmosphere of the night so you can put your phone away and enjoy the party.
Yes! While I am based on the Gold Coast, I am frequently up and down the highway working as an engagement photographer in Brisbane. Travel fees may apply for locations further afield, but I am always up for an adventure.
Comfort is key. I always recommend wearing something that makes you feel like the best version of yourself. Neutral tones, textures (linen, cotton), and movement (flowy dresses) photograph beautifully.
Please do! I love including fur babies in an engagement photo session. Just bring some treats (and maybe a lint roller).
Practice Run: Think of this as a rehearsal for the wedding. You’ll learn how I work, and I’ll learn your best angles.
Location Variety: Your wedding might be in a garden, so why not do your engagement photography on a cliffside or in the city? It gives diversity to your photo collection.
Connection: It builds trust. By the time your wedding day arrives, I won’t be a stranger with a camera; I’ll be a friend you trust.
